The Story Behind Our New Labels: Progress, Tradition, and the Spirit of Florida

Over a decade ago, we opened our doors with a simple mission: to create world-class spirits that reflected the history, character, and flavor of St. Augustine. Our original labels were part of that first chapter—a visual expression of who we were and what we were building.

They told a story. And they did it well.

But just like the spirits inside each bottle, things evolve.

From the beginning, our labels celebrated the past. They drew from vintage design, historic maps, and old-world detail. A nod to the city we call home and the centuries of craft that came before us. Much of their inspiration came from our historic Ice Plant facility, where, in the early 1900s, blocks of crystal-clear ice were produced for local boats, bars, and markets. The labels were a tribute to that time, a chapter of Florida’s history many have long forgotten.

At the time, we were a small company with a lot to prove. Our labels mirrored that energy: intricate, distinctive, and proudly rooted in tradition.

Since then, we’ve grown. Not just in size, but in identity. Our team has expanded. Our reach has widened. And while we continue to be shaped by the history of our facility and the stories created within its walls, we’ve also evolved into something more. Something that reaches beyond St. Augustine and beyond the state of Florida.

This label redesign is a reflection of that evolution.

It brings our spirits into a more unified visual identity that honors the charm of our original designs while leaning into the clarity, purpose, and innovation that guide us today.

Our spirits have always lived at the intersection of tradition and forward-thinking. We distill with respect for time-honored methods while exploring new techniques and better ways to share our story. This new look captures that balance.

The packaging has changed, but our values, our vision, and the spirit inside remain just as strong.
