The Saint begins with a hand-selected group of mature Florida bourbon barrels, finished in barrels that once held our Old Fashioned Mix. Those barrels, infused with citrus, spice, and sugar, shape the bourbon as it rests, bringing forward a profile that feels both familiar and unexpected.

COLOR: Deep, rich amber. Tremendous depth.

NOSE: Warm and smooth, with notes of toffee, winter fruit and mulled wine spice, hints of citrus.

TASTE: Smooth with a silky mouthfeel. Starts with rip cherry and chocolate, followed by notes of aromatic bitters. Sweet overtones develop into dark chocolate, caramel, and vanilla with gentle warmth.

Best enjoyed over a single, large cube of ice.  Sit back and enjoy this spirit for the special treat that it is.
