POT DISTILLED RUM

Pot Distilled Rum is made from Grade A Florida molasses, fermented, distilled, and aged on-site. It is aged in barrels that previously held our bourbon, a defining step that carries forward the character and flavor developed in the wood.

COLOR: Light golden honey

NOSE: Slight grassy note on entry, shifting immediately to fruity notes, coconut, vanilla, brown sugar, and caramel. Hints of black tea, dried hay and anise.

TASTE: Entry is sweet, light and bright, followed by brown sugar and fruity anise. In the mid-palate, the molasses continues with vanilla and some warming toffee notes.

In the glass, it is warm and composed, with a rounded profile and a clean, steady finish. Built for versatility, it carries clearly across a range of cocktails
