New World Gin is crafted with a cane neutral spirit and a selection of botanicals, including juniper, coriander, angelica, citrus peel, and cassia bark. Some botanicals are hand-ground while others remain whole. They are then macerated and distilled in a dedicated botanical pot still, with careful cuts shaping balance and clarity.

COLOR: Silver, Clear.

NOSE: Round, citrus entry, bright & clear. The juniper, coriander and angelica are individually well-established but support each other in a nice balance. Baking spice notes round out the finish.

TASTE: Velvet entry, lots of botanical flavor. Soft, sweet and round. The Gin opens up quickly, coating the whole palate

In the glass, it is bright and composed, with a layered botanical profile and a clean, focused finish. Designed with cocktails in mind, it carries a softer expression of juniper, with a subtle lift of Florida citrus.
