FLORIDA STRAIGHT BOURBON

Aged a minimum of four years in Florida’s maritime climate, this unique high-malt bourbon is shaped by both environment and process. Crafted from 60% corn, 22% malted barley, and 18% wheat, with all grains milled, mashed, and fermented on site. Our distillers make precise heads and tails cuts, collecting only the hearts—the finest portion of the distillation run. 

COLOR: Dark honey amber
NOSE: Deep and warm with notes of toffee, cinnamon marshmallow, leather, stone fruit, vanilla and dark cocoa.
TASTE: Full bodied, deep, and complex. Hints of tobacco, caramel, brazil nut, chocolate, and baking spices.
FINISH: Sweet, smooth and creamy. Round and lingering.

A true staple pour, with the structure for a classic cocktail and the depth to stand on its own.
