COVID-19 UPDATES

Thank you for your support during this unprecedented time. Our main priority is the health and well-being of our guests and team members. We are taking extra precautions and closely following CDC recommended guidelines.

The Tour Experience

On May 11th, we resumed tour operations to provide our guests with the same great award-winning distillery experience prior to the COVID outbreak. To meet the City, State and CDC guidelines, we changed the tour format from a group experience to a self-guided one. While the City’s Administrative Order requiring masks to be worn indoors city-wide has expired, we still encourage our guests to wear masks and remain socially distant when at the distillery. The tour is entertaining, fun, and most importantly, safe for our guests and employees.

Here are a few other things you will find on our revised tour:

  1. Complementary personal protection equipment (PPE) for our guests

  2. Masks required for distillery team members and encouraged for visitors

  3. Signage to encourage social distancing throughout the tour and tasting experience

  4. Hand sanitizer stations available throughout the facility

  5. Enhanced surface cleaning and sanitizing of high-impact areas

  6. Increased hand-washing requirements for staff

Tours and tastings are available 7 days a week, 10:30am-5:30pm (no reservations necessary).
The retail shop is open 7 days a week, 10:00am-6:00pm.

St. Augustine Distillery Hand Sanitizer

Hand Sanitizer

In response to the shortage of hand sanitizer across the First Coast, we are producing hand sanitizer made from our ethanol in compliance with FDA and CDC guidelines. We are honored for the opportunity to provide a much-needed resource during these unique times.

All purchases allow us to donate hand sanitizer to first responders in St. Johns County-- so we thank you in advance for your consideration!
