Cognac Cask-Finished Bourbon
The first release in the Explorers Collection, our Cognac Cask-Finished Bourbon is aged in 350L barrels that once held fine French cognac. In April 2019, we added our fully matured Florida bourbon to these barrels, where it has aged through full cycles of spring, summer, fall, and winter, completely marrying the spirits to create our first ever five-year bourbon with special character and sophistication.
