Taking our cask-finishing to new heights, this limited-edition bourbon is infused with the nuanced flavors of rare Brazilian Amburana wood. Aged over three years in American oak and finished in Amburana casks, it blends the deep, oaky sweetness of our Florida bourbon with warm notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and sweet baking spice. The result is a bold, complex bourbon with a rich, lingering finish — a unique sensory experience drawn directly from the wood itself.

Introducing the fourth release in our Explorer Collection: Armagnac Cask-Finished Bourbon. This limited-edition bourbon blends rich Armagnac flavors with our signature Florida bourbon. Aged for four years and 80 days, including a six-month and two-day finish in authentic Armagnac barrels, it offers deep complexity and bold character.

This bourbon marks the third installment of our Explorer’s Collection, a line of luxury bourbons finished in specialty casks sourced from across the globe by our distilling team. After the initial 3 year aging period, our Florida Bourbon spent an additional two years in Apera Sherry casks, developing a dark hue and a rich flavor profile with pronounced sweetness and oak.
