Distiller’s Reserve: Fill Your Own Bottle Exclusive
To create St. Augustine Distillery’s Eaves Blind expression, Marianne Eaves worked closely with our head distillers to select our most distinct barrels to use in her blend. Now, our distillers have used bourbon from those same barrels to create an entirely new blend with a flavor profile that stands far outside the parameters of our Florida Straight Bourbon. We believe this blend highlights some of the greatest aspects of our local terroir and celebrates a portion of our first distillate made nearly 8 years ago.
