Summer Bramble Batch Cocktail

Summer Bramble Batch Cocktail

There’s something about sweet, juicy blackberries that just tastes like summer. Our Summer Bramble gives you a new way to enjoy blackberries by pairing it with prosecco and the refreshing herbal flavor of our New World Gin. The result is a delicious cocktail with a deep red hue that’s sure to help you beat the heat!

While some bartenders choose to muddle fresh blackberries to create a bramble, we use a blackberry syrup in this recipe. The added sweetness helps accentuate the flavor of the berries, and pairs well with the dryness of the prosecco and the floral flavor profile of the gin.

Our New World Gin, voted the #1 Craft Gin by USA Today in 2017, is made from the same sugar cane base as our Florida Cane Vodka. We then add 12 herbs and botanicals, including the “holy trinity” of juniper, coriander, and angelica root, as well as citrus peels, cinnamon, star anise, and many more to create a gin that captures The Spirit of Florida® in your glass.

We garnish this drink with a basil leaf, which adds yet another dimension to this cocktail. Make sure to bruise the basil leaf slightly before garnishing in order to release the essential oils to get full scent and flavor experience!
