Our Distillery was founded with a spirit of trial and innovation. Not only were we pioneers in making Bourbon in Florida, we have also created many delicious variations of our other spirits. Some of these are limited, one-time productions, and some of them (like our Port Finished Bourbon and The Saint) make it into our standard offerings. We continue to innovate and develop new offerings, and encourage you to explore these jewels.

Apera Sherry Cask-Finished Bourbon
This bourbon marks the third installment of our Explorer’s Collection, a line of luxury bourbons finished in specialty casks sourced from across the globe by our distilling team. After the initial 3 year aging period, our Florida Bourbon spent an additional two years in Apera Sherry casks, developing a dark hue and a rich flavor profile with pronounced sweetness and oak.
Curacao Cask-Finished Bourbon
110.4 Proof - This citrus-kissed bourbon was aged for three years in brand new charred American oak barrels before an additional two-year finishing period in 190L curaçao casks. This is the second release in our Explorer’s Collection, a line of luxury-finished bourbons showcasing the finishing power of spirits from around the world.
Cognac Cask-Finished Bourbon
In April 2019, we added our mature Florida bourbon to 350L barrels that once held fine French cognac for an additional two-year finishing period. This release marked the debut of our Explorer Collection of luxury-finished bourbons showcasing the finishing power of spirits from around the world.
